Kenyatta S. Mangar, Founder & Principal Environmental Consultant

Kenyatta S. Mangar Mabuong is an environmental compliance specialist with over a decade of experience. His career includes significant roles at the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department (MCESD) in Arizona, and various compliance positions, including Environmental Health Specialist (EHS) with the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department Institutional Care and Food Production Program and the Water and Waste Management Division. He has also overseen the MCESD Drinking Water Program, ensuring that Public Water Systems (PWS) comply with Safe Drinking Water Regulations. His work has significantly impacted a large population, serving consumers in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe, among other areas, totaling over four million people in Maricopa County.
Kenyatta studied for an Associate Degree in Applied Science with a focus on Water Technologies at Maricopa Gateway Community College, where he specialized in water distribution, wastewater collection, and treatment. He further enhanced his expertise by obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Resources Management from Arizona State University (ASU). Kenyatta is also a Registered Environmental Health Specialist and Registered Sanitarian, certified by the National Environmental Health Association in the USA.
As the Founder and Principal Environmental Consultant of Wendior's Environmental Consultants (WE-C), he is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices and ensuring environmental compliance. He is driving our organization's mission to foster a healthier and more sustainable future for communities.
